Join the community for Forget Me Not, a special day dedicated to honoring seniors, caregivers, and loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s. This free community event is designed to bring people together for support, connection, and fun.

Movement: Chair-friendly line dancing for all abilities
Engagement: Games and brain exercises
Support: Info sessions and a dedicated Caregiver Connect Corner
Community: A Memory Wall and local food vendors
Give Back: Toy Drive Kickoff benefiting the families of Mending of Mothers
Who It’s For:
Seniors, caregivers, loved ones, families, and the entire community. Everyone is welcome!
