VEGAN POTLUCK LUNCHEON Welcome, and Happy Vegan Thanksgiving! We're delighted to invite you to Sacramento's longest running veg event—everyone is welcome. We look forward to celebrating with you.

LOCATION: Reason Center, 1300 Ethan Way, #675, Sacramento.

WHAT: This is a 100%-vegan, plant-based celebration!

• YES to the plethora of vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and fungi available to us for creating delectable recipes that are meat-free, fish-free, seafood-free, fowl-free, dairy-free, egg-free, honey-free, or other animal-derived products-free.

WHAT TO BRING: a 100% vegan (no animal products)

• Appetizer,

• Soup,

• Salad,

• Side dish,

• Entrée, or

• Dessert

> Bring enough food to serve 8–10, your place setting (we will have paper plates and disposable flatware available), a serving utensil, and a recipe/complete list of ingredients (in consideration of everyone's food preferences and potential food allergies). > Need a recipe suggestion? Here's one of our favorite online sources of plant-based/vegan recipes: https://www.forksoverknives.com/recipes/ > ALL 100%-vegan offerings are welcome. But we'll also make sure that those following a whole-food, plant-based, oil-free vegan diet, or a gluten-free vegan diet, will find plenty of options available to them. If you're bringing such a dish (optional), please give us a heads-up, and mark your recipe/ingredient list accordingly.
