Good morning, Roseville.

At its November 20 meeting, the Placer County Water Agency Board approved a $402.9 million budget for 2026 to fund major water treatment upgrades from Colfax to Rocklin—this plan includes a 7% rate hike that will add about $5.95 per month to the average residential water bill for 15 units.

Tomorrow, KCRA 3 will air a recap of the Sac-Joaquin Section finals with highlights from high school football games, while Friday’s episode marked Del Rodgers’ final High School Playbook—after 28 years at the station.
