- ➤ Roseville Environmental Utilities is partnering with St. Vincent de Paul Society and Green Acres Nursery to offer free succulents in exchange for canned food donations as part of its third annual Succulents for Soups drive. The program, which runs November 12 to December 19 at two local utility centers on Pleasant Grove Blvd and S. Grant St, helps fight hunger — and it teaches water conservation. Roseville Today
