- ➤ Roseville will host a Fourth of July celebration on July 4 with a parade starting at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Vernon Drive, Riverside Avenue and Douglas Boulevard—activities at Royer Park, games and concessions at All American Raceway around 4 p.m., and fireworks between 9:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. will follow, with parking costing $15. - ➤ Clarence Huddleston, the athletic director of the Del Campo Jr. Cougars Youth program, said he discovered over the weekend that their fireworks stand was broken into with $34,000 stolen from a container that funded equipment and scholarships for more than 100 kids, leaving the program owing Phantom Fireworks and urging community support at 5800 Madison Avenue (a GoFundMe page is available for donations).
