- ➤ Roseville will host the 87th annual Placer County Fair from June 26th to June 29th at the Grounds—featuring over 100 competition divisions, live concerts, rides and food booths. - ➤ Emergency medical services were dispatched Friday morning at Hell Hole Reservoir in Placer County for a possible drowning — a water rescue is underway. KCRA
- ➤ The Placer County Sheriff’s Office dive team is searching Hell Hole Reservoir for a man who went underwater while helping a friend at 7:45 p.m. on May 22 & the man who reached shore could not call 911 until 8:45 a.m. on May 23 & officials said the search remains active. FOX40

- ➤ On Friday, the murder trial of former MLB pitcher Dan Serafini continued as his brother testified about a $20,000 joke on killing in-laws in connection with a 2021 burglary-turned-ambush that left his father-in-law dead—prosecutors say more law enforcement witnesses will be called and testimony will resume Tuesday.
