- ➤ Happy's Drive-Thru Car Wash — located at 525 Cirby Way — is opening a new location in Roseville with a free car wash event scheduled from April 11th to 13th that will feature exclusive giveaways and a $1 donation per wash to Sacramento Loaves and Fishes. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Environmental Utilities in Roseville has proposed a rate adjustment for water, wastewater and trash services effective July 1st, citing inflation and rising costs for materials, labor and infrastructure improvements. Residents will face monthly increases if approved by City Council in May, and public listening sessions are scheduled for April 15th and April 24th — a City Council public hearing will be held on May 21st — to review the proposal.
