  • Roseville will host the Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., an event that will feature lineworkers from across the nation competing in pole climbing and hurt-man rescue challenges — families will also enjoy a free fair with bounce houses, a petting zoo, face painting, food vendors and free parking — and the event is expected to generate over $1.8 million for the local economy.  KCRA

  • Viewer videos from Roseville and other parts of northern California captured a bright light streaking across the sky on March 24 at around 9 p.m. Officials say the object may be space debris burning up in Earth's atmosphere—NASA and the American Meteorological Society are reviewing the reports.  KCRA
