About this event
This non-impact ballet inspired one hour class gives you a total body workout using light hand weights and utilizing the barre, toning and strengthening all those little muscles you never knew you had! Targeting the hips, glutes, abs and arms, this challenging class is great for women, but all are welcome! Room is set to 98 degrees with 40% humidity. Please note there is a $15 cancellation fee if you do not show up for this class or cancel 12 hours before.
