About this event

New to Humani or Pilates? Enjoy this 1-hour introductory class in a fully supportive and relaxed environment. We will go over Pilates fundamentals, you will learn how to use the equipment, and workout on the Pilates Reformer machine. There is a $30 fee associated with this class and it is for new students only . You can find the class on the schedule 1-2 times a month (rotating Saturdays), and it will be open for sign-up two weeks ahead of time. If you do not cancel the class within our 12 hour cancellation period, you will forfeit the class.
