A stunning new Jerald Silva exhibition at b. sakata garo gallery

About this event

In 1941 my father brought home a blackboard and hung it on the kitchen wall. The blackboard

included a box of chalks. I was allowed to play with the blackboard and chalks. A short time

later my mother began bringing neighborhood mothers to see my blackboard and its markings.

I enjoyed the attention. I was five years old.

Now, at ninety years old I still enjoy that attention wonderful people share with me.
