A fresh twist on our signature Barre Fusion. In this variation, the entire barre series is performed off the barre using a body bar to elevate strength, stability, and control. Expect small, intentional movements that create major burn—targeting the entire body —while challenging balance and muscular endurance in a whole new way. This low-impact, high-intensity class blends precision and power to sculpt lean muscle and build total-body strength. Same Barre Fusion energy… just in a modified way.
