New to boxing? come join our boxing fundamentals class designed exclusively for first time members where we will teach you how to wrap your hands properly to prevent injuries, teach you your boxing stance, footwork, defense ,basic punches and combo's to get you ready to join our Boxing session's and get you prepared for your boxing journey ahead of you or if your just looking to get in shape! Anyone is welcome and we are looking forward to meeting you and joining the community!!! New members only first class is free.after that its part of our paid program
