This is a spiritual community that honors the body’s wisdom and lived experience. Whether you’re healing from religious trauma, deconstructing beliefs, exploring spirituality, or just want to be with other conscious persons, this space is for you.
Expect conscious conversations, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and other somatic practices to help reconnect with ourselves and each other.
we share a potluck dinner every last Monday of the month.

PS: we meet in the social hall of Parkview Presbyterian Church. Please find us through the back entrance, the brown gate on Solons alley. You may park in the back, move the orange post to park and please return it when you leave.
