About this event
Life is go, go, go. In this class, we take it slow, slow, slow. Explore the subtleties of both effort and ease as you learn to move more mindfully and balance life's frenzied energy to cool tunes. The slower pace of this class allows you time to modify each posture to best suit your body. This is an extremely accessible class ideal for anyone looking to develop a practice of conscious, deliberate movement. Be bold and go gentle. Your body will thank you.
