ALIGN + YIN Ease into your practice with a gentle Vinyasa flow that focuses on slower, accessible movements designed to ground you and connect breath with body. The second half of class shifts into deep, supported Yin postures that focus on stretching and encourage stillness. Class ends with an unhurried savasana to help you fully integrate and reset. 75 minutes | Non- Heated | Gentle | Vinyasa | Yin Classes canceled within 8 hours of the class start time, as well as no-shows, will result in a $10 late cancellation fee for unlimited memberships. Drop-ins and class packs will forfeit the class credit for late cancellations or no-shows.
