Where Are We Headed?

Collecting as a group in the Bella Bru Cafe parking lot, near the corner of Fair Oaks Boulevard and Arden Way, we will run a half-mile to the entrance of William Pond Park, and then go upstream along the American River Parkway Trail beginning near the 13.5-mile marker.

This will be an out-and-back course workout. Distance and pace will be determined by the participants and their individual training plans.

Typically, someone is there at this location fifteen minutes before the listed starting time should you want to engage in some personal pre-workout stretching.
