About this event
Harvesting olive is an old world tradition that brings communities together across the centuries and around the world.
Join us right here at our HQ in Woodland as we harvest our five-acre olive orchard by hand to be milled at Cobram Estate, about a mile away. We will use hand rakes and mechanized hand-held harvesters, collect the fruit on tarps, sort out the sticks and leaves and pile the fruit into bins.
The best olive oil comes from the freshest fruit; our fruit will be just a few hours off the trees when it is milled.
Children under 18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
This is a free event but donations to support our work are always welcome.
