Prerequisite: Prior Gyrotonic experience (at least 3 sessions) or completion of the "New Client Special-3 privates". Join us for a Gyrotonic flow on one of our four beautiful Gyrotonic towers. This beginner level class combines spiraling arches and curls, rhythmic sequences, and expansive legwork to unwind tension and rejuvenate your body. Discover how breath and movement come together to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.
