Global Entrepreneurship Week | SMUD Spark Sacramento: Innovation Showcase

About this event

Six innovations. Expert perspectives. A cleaner energy future.

Meet six startup finalists developing innovations to help decarbonize our grid. Through presentations and interactive dialogue, a panel of SMUD experts will offer practical feedback on each solution’s potential, real-world applications, and opportunities for further development. We are proud to wrap up Global Entrepreneurship Week Sacramento with this showcase.

Our mission is to spotlight and accelerate innovative entrepreneurs committed to our Sacramento region, advancing solutions that strengthen a cleaner, smarter energy future. Through an expert panel from SMUD to kick-off Global Entrepreneurship Week Sacramento, this event will showcase ventures in green and clean technologies, grid modernization, customer demand management, transportation electrification, and power transmission or generation—connecting founders with strategic insight, potential partners, and pathways to deploy their solutions locally and on scale.
