Each week spotlights a different dance: East Coast Swing (Week 1), Salsa (Week 2), Cha Cha (Week 3), and Rumba (Week 4). You'll learn the essential steps, rhythms, and partnering skills to help you feel confident on any social dance floor. Perfect for first-time dancers—no partner or experience required. Just show up and have fun!
