Join us for our CHIA Coalition Meeting to amplify our collective impact and uplift the work of our Steering Committee, Subcommittees, Grantees, and Partners , committed to the vision of a healthier, more equitable Sacramento County.

✨ We’ll share milestones from the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), highlight community wins, and honor the voices that have led this work with intention and heart.
