Our Restorative Yoga classes invite you to slow down, settle into stillness, and experience deep rest. Through comfortable, supported poses held for extended periods, you’ll have space to soften, quiet the mind, and let go of the day’s demands. With the support of soft props and gentle positioning, most poses are practiced lying on the back or side, allowing you to release effort, turn inward, and settle into a state of relaxation and ease. Come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
