About this event

This 60-minute class blends the depth of Yin Yoga with the nurturing support of Restorative Yoga. The first half of class focuses on yin postures held for longer durations to gently open the body and invite mindful awareness. The second half transitions into restorative poses, fully supported with props, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to deeply rest. A perfect balance of subtle work and profound relaxation.
