Advanced 50/50 Mat + Chair - LEVEL 1.5

About this event

This class moves! 50% Mat and 50% Chair that is designed to be an overall full body challenge. Expect core and mobility work on the mat, followed by upper/lower body challenges using the Chair. Because this class explores some of the intermediate Chair work, it is best suited for students without painful chronic injuries that impact mobility (especially in knees and shoulders). We require you to attend the Chair Bliss (All Levels) class prior within the last 6 months prior to attending this class. Intermediate to advanced level
