Designed for those who have completed our Learn to Meditate class, this class goes beyond the basics. It explores tools for deepening our meditation practice by working with subtle inner energies to cultivate calmness and mental clarity, strengthen concentration, and overcome obstacles to meditation.
Classes will take place on Wednesday evenings from 7 – 8:30 PM, November 9 and 16.
The cost for this class is $45 for the two-class series. These classes are in-person at our temple in Rancho Cordova.
